If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, our risk-free return/exchange policy allows you to return your items unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and ship back your return. If your order is not postmarked within 14 days of receiving it, you will not be eligible to receive the full refund amount or receive an exchange. Defective items must be returned within 30 days.
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your request. Be sure to include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. You will receive return instructions in a reply email.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To protect our small business, we do not refund original or return shipping costs on returned items. Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Lost, stolen, or damaged
It is so not fun when things go wrong in transit, but we do our best to work with our shipping partners to file damages claims when things go wrong. Though, if there is photo evidence a package was delivered to your address, we are unable to cover the cost of stolen packages in full — though we may offer discounts on a case by case basis.
